Established in 1991, ECF was originally a provider of asset finance facilities in the UK specialising in the re-financing of unencumbered assets to provide additional working capital facilities. ECF Asset Finance Plc was acquired by Manx Financial Group PLC in November 2010 and it offers asset finance facilities predominantly in the SME market through its sister company Conister Bank Limited. Conister Bank Limited is the Isle of Man's only independent bank.
